One Voice
'One Voice' is for Saffron customers, private homeowners and tenants from other Housing Associations, or private tenants that live in the communities where Saffron operates. One Voice is an opportunity for the whole family to use.
Why become a member of 'One Voice'?
• As a customer we need you to tell us your views about our services and whether we are meeting your needs.
• You can have the chance to give your views about issues that are important to your community.
• 'One Voice' is a way for you to make suggestions and ideas about how we can improve our services.
• You are not required to attend meetings. We have a range of ways in which you can give us your views.
