Gas Servicing
From the 3rd January 2006 all servicing of the Gas Appliance(s) in your home has been done by our own Saffron Gas engineers.
Our engineers are CORGI REGISTERED. This means they are fully trained and registered with Corgi who promote gas safety and are therefore qualified to carry out this important work.

The Safety Inspection.
During the safety inspection we will service and repair all of our gas appliances and give you advice on these.
We can offer you a safety inspection for your own gas appliances where there will be a charge for this service.
Otherwise we will just give them a visual check and give you advice.
Once the service has been completed, the engineer will give you a copy of the Landlord's Safety Certificate for future reference.
Every year approx 30 people die in the UK after breathing fumes from their gas supply or appliances. These deaths could have been prevented by regular maintenance. Regular maintenance should ensure that the appliance works safely and keeps you and your family warm during the winter.
