The Davy Place Scheme is located in Loddon and consists of 28 one and two bed-roomed bungalows, and is managed by a non- resident scheme manager.
Each unit is fitted with a communication system which allows two-way speech between the manager and the resident .For emergency use, pull cords are fitted in every room in the units and residents are also issued with an individual pendant. When the scheme manager is off duty, any emergency calls will be answered by the "Invicta Telecare" call centre which is managed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our Communal facilities include a large communal lounge which is fully furnished and available to all residents for social and recreational activities. It is an ideal area to visit to sit and chat with friends and neighbors. Adjoining the lounge is a fully equipped kitchen which is available for residents to prepare light refreshments. A computer is available for residents use in the lounge.
Laundry facilities are available and are available daily for residents use. A fully furnished guest room is available for short periods, accommodating up to two persons, at a small charge per night.

Location: Loddon is situated on the A146 Norwich to Lowestoft road and very well placed to enjoy both the Fine City of Norwich (approx 10 miles) or the coastal town of Lowestoft ( approx 17 miles) with a regular bus service running daily between the two, allowing easy travel .The market town of Beccles ( approx 6 miles ) is also served by the bus route .Direct bus travel to and from Gt. Yarmouth is also available although not every day.
