Housing with Care offers an enhanced service for older people with high quality accommodation and access to 24hr care and support from a team of on site staff. The service focuses on promoting the independence of each resident and with support from staff, enabling residents to live fulfilled lives.

The accommodation consists of an individual flat with lounge/diner, separate kitchen, bedroom, wc and level access shower room. All of the flats are big enough for couples to share, plus specially adapted flats for older people with disabilities.

Both schemes have a communal lounge with bar, assisted bathroom and various sitting areas. There is a restaurant on each scheme which offers a choice of hot and cold lunches 7 days a week, and a coffee shop providing a selection of snacks and drinks.
