This part of our website will provide you with the ability to manage much of your relationship with Saffron easily from your computer. We have planned to end up with a comprehensive set of tasks or information you can get from us. We will also add new facilities that you think will further improve your ability to manage all aspects of your tenancy.

As part of the continuing development of our website a Log-in feature has been added to allow you to access securely the details of your account.
These screens will show you the latest position of your account. Let you make payments, contact your housing officer, request repairs and track their progress and schedule a heating service.
To use these screens you will need a Log-in ID and password. Please use the Register button within our main banner to set one up yourself or contact your Area Housing Officer who will arrange for one to be set up and the details sent to you.
Please remember to keep your Log-in details secure and we welcome any comments to help us improve and develop other useful screens as part of our continuing service to you.

Want to become a tenant Board member? Then read on…

Saffron is run by a small Board of 12 people who are responsible for

• setting strategic direction,
• establishing and overseeing risk and control management frameworks and,
• ensuring that Saffron achieves its aims and objectives.

The Board members meet about every two weeks in Committees or at Board meetings to discuss Saffron's work and make decisions about future actions.

If you are interested in becoming one of our six tenant Board members you have to apply in writing using our formal application form.
